Wegens issues rond correcte bepaling bestemmelingen zijn er nogal wat aanpassingen gebeurd. Automatische bepaling gebeurde onderliggend vaak achteraf bij het versturen zelf. Nu gebeurt dit op voorhand, en onvolledige bepaling zou door validatie tegengehouden
moeten worden.</div>
