Annotations and more coming to Dev Mode

On January 31, we're introducing annotations to Dev Mode, along with
improvements to diffing, plugins, and the VS Code extension.

In addition to these updates, Dev Mode will also be moving out of beta
[https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/20652568757399]. You'll continue to
have full access to Dev Mode. Community feedback helps make Figma better, so
thanks for being part of the beta.
