[IT-dienstenleveranciers] Omgevingsloket: uitstel release 2.46.03 op productieomgeving

Beste,

Release van versie 2.46.03 van het Omgevingsloket op productieomgeving wordt uitgesteld naar woensdag 27/03/2019.
Dit wegens problemen met het versturen van berichten naar VVO, zoals opgemerkt in de testomgeving.
Een fix voor dit probleem wordt morgen 26/03/2019 in de test omgeving opgezet.
